War broke out in my country and I couldn't return, I had to find somewhere to stay for the night and I found this nice hotel (though expensive) close to my previous accommodation. Luckily they had a free room when I arrived in the morning and they the lovely girl at the front desk let me check in at 11:30 a.m. She made sure I was ok and offered help, which I really appreciated. The room was lovely and very comfortable, a bit small but it was just me alone so it was perfect.

Very nice boutique type hotel-super clean, modern, convenient; the hotel workers were always pleasant and helpful. Travelling with kids the safety features were important for us and the hotel provided it. Thank you! Also, there were a grocery store and the laundromat within 1 min walking from the hotel and we really appreciated this perk (travelling with carry-on luggage in Europe). Will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family!

Hotel was right in the middle of Madrid and within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. Lovely well equipped rooms, lovely decor and super clean. Staff were extremely helpful and were always on hand should you need them. Breakfast had a great variety so something for everyone. Super modern bathroom with walk in shower and well equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries.Would 100% stay there again and would recommend this hotel to all

The breakfast selection was extremely good, especially the cakes! The room had a very comfortable bed and all the usual amenities, including extra blankets which were very welcome in winter temperatures. The staff were friendly and helpful.

In a very convenient location close to the old city and not far from Prado museum, Atocha station and the Cibeles fountain where the airport buses leave from.
